Admin Assistant-Ad code: 220910103, Construction / Service. Singapore


  • Provide day to day administration support

  • Prepare Quotations, Delivery Orders, Contracts, Purchase Orders and Invoices with accuracy. (Need to understand Manager's handwriting and type out the required documents)

  • Perform general administrative duties (updating, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)

  • Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned


  • 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field

  • MS Office proficient (Word, Excel)

  • Knowledge of Xero Software is an advantage

  • Similar admin work experience in Construction industry preferred

  • Meticulous and independent

  • Able to work in a fast pace demanding environment

  • Able to meet tight deadlines

Salary: SGD2200-3200,
Working hour: 5-day work week. 8.30am to 5.45pm. City vicinity location.
