Job Description
Administer of MOM related matter such as WP apply, renew and cancellation.
Handle and update information and filing of employee personnel records and database.
Process monthly payroll.
Assist to prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
Leave Administration - track and update all leaves applications.
Assist in the applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees’ work passes.
Maintains company organization chart and employee directory.
Liaise with insurance company on staff insurance and claims.
Perform other HR or Admin and ad-hoc projects duties when required.
Process related communications, including incoming phone calls, emails correspondence, mail and faxes.
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
Compiling and preparing reports, presentation slides and any correspondences with various departments.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource / Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Singapore in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Power Point.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Good communication of written and oral, both in English and Mandarin.
Able to communicate in multi-languages will be added advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
