Job Description

• Handle phone calls and reservations.

• Welcome guests to the Restaurant and coordinate the seating of guests.

• Taking of orders and serving of food and beverage items.

• Ensure guests’ requests are not delayed during the operations of in the Restaurant.

• Entry/supervision of entries in accounting records required to be kept

Requirements

• Possess a cheerful disposition

• Energetic and Enthusiastic

• Passion for Customer Service

• Prior experience working in a fine dining Western or Italian Restaurant will be an advantage but it is not compulsory

• Able to work long hours and split shifts
